Event Schedule:

Check In: 8:30AM

Player Meeting: 8:45AM

Round 1: 9:00AM – 12:00PM

Lunch: 12:00PM-1:00PM

Round 2: 1:00PM – 4:00PM

Round 3: 4:00PM – 7:00PM

Format:

For this event, we will be using the current matched play guide. And the current FAQ (January 2026) This event will be played with 2500pt armies. For this event we will be using open war list building as outlined in the current matched play book, this can be used in conjunction with the Grand Army and Army of Infamy list building in the core rule book. Scenarios and Secondary objectives will be chosen before the event and players will be given a tournament packet with all scenarios and secondary objectives for each match.


Each round will be 3 hours long. One hour lunch will be between rounds 1 and 2. Standard 3 round Swiss event.

Painting and Models:

Your army does not need to be painted but is encouraged. Proxies or count-as models are allowed but must clearly represent the model they are proxying to your opponent. Please contact the TO ahead of the event if you are unsure or have any questions if your model can be used.

Prizes: Prizing will be raffle based and the pool for prizes given away will be determined by the number of participants in the event.
